Sunday Series

The DIYC Sunday Racing Series continues throughout the year and is slightly more casual than the well-known Thursday Night Series.  There are typically two Sunday races each month, and each one is a pursuit start from the basin with a course around the DIYC buoys.  The last race of each series includes a pot-luck cookout after the event, which is a great social event for competitors, their guests, and other members that show up.  Come join us for a Sunday race at DIYC!

Eligibility:	The Sunday races are open to all boats.
Racing Schedule:	Skipper's Meeting/Sign Up @ 1400 in October Skipper's Meeting/Sign Up @ 1300 after October Race Begins @ 1500 in October Race Begins @ 1400 after October     Fall ------ Race 1 - October 3rd Race 2 – October 31st Race 3 – November 14th Race 4 – November 21st Race 5 - December 5th Race 6 - December 19th   Pot-Luck Cookout after race on December 19th.
Registration:	Day of the race by signing up in the clubhouse. Particpants will sign up and receive their personal time start based on their PHRF "RLC" rating. More details are available from the Sailing Instructions.
Social:	Picnic immediately after the last race in the series, please bring a side dish. There is no cash service available, non-members must be sponsored.
