Get ready for the Annual Fantasy Island Luau Party!
Fantasy Island is only about an hour away via sailboat (dock-to-anchor) – Fourth Island is a bird sanctuary so the Luau Party will be on Fantasy Island. Most folks prefer to come around the North side but there's a little more depth if you approach from the south. -see the instructions in our documents section and be sure to check your depths.
The main event is Saturday at 5:00 pm. We'll meet onshore and share drinks and appetizers, followed by a beach fire for roasting marshmallows and hotdogs surrounded by tiki torches, then spend the night on the hook. Feel free to sail over Friday evening too if you'd like to get an early start. We'll sail around the Bay a bit on Sunday and then back to the club to regale landlubbers of our adventure.
What can you bring? A dish to share on the beach, some wood for the fire, your beach blanket or folding chairs, cutlery and drinkware, and don't forget to BYOB. If you have a portable/folding table that would be very helpful. A ukulele, guitar, or musical instrument for music around the fire is welcome too.
Dress the part! Consider wearing your favorite floral shirt, lei, muʻumuʻu, grass hula skirt, or a sarong.
Let me or Mayrelis know if you are coming, nothing official, just so we have an idea for planning. A quick text or email works fine. Feel free to come last minute too, reservations are not required!
