General Information About Boat Storage and Launching:
There are three (1 ton, 2 ton, and 5 ton) hoists. The 5-ton and 2-ton hoists will be utilized for the regatta. There is a large paved area surrounding the hoists.

Tides: Rise or Fall Up to ~2.5 Feet or 0.75 Meters
Late October brings transitional weather to Tampa Bay as winds shift from warmer easterly patterns toward more northerly flows when fronts pass. Conditions are often moderate with relatively flat water under east or north winds, making for steady racing. Seabreezes can still develop earlier in the week, especially in warm conditions, offering consistent afternoon winds. If a cold front arrives, expect stronger and gustier winds with a noticeable direction shift to the north, along with potentially choppier water. While tropical activity is less common this late in the season, it’s still possible and can create more variable conditions. Overall, late October offers generally manageable race conditions with the potential for tactical complexity around shifting systems.

The yacht club is located approximately 15 minutes from Tampa International Airport.
There is limited parking for trailers and cars at the yacht club. The club is located about 3 km from several large brand hotels. There also may be private home/room rentals available nearby through Airbnb or VRBO.
